Restoration Ag Solutions currently advertises free shipping across the United States for its garden bed products. Some services, installations, custom projects, or larger deliveries may be limited by location and may require a custom quote.
Orders are typically processed in the order they are received. Processing times may vary depending on product type, seasonality, order volume, and whether the order is for a standard product, custom request, or labor-included installation.
Delivery dates are estimates only. While we do our best to deliver in a timely manner, delays may occur due to supply availability, freight issues, weather, scheduling, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping method will be determined based on the size, weight, and destination of the order. Larger items may require special handling, freight delivery, or direct coordination with the customer.
For “We Build It” kits or other labor-based services, a member of our team may contact you after purchase to coordinate scheduling, access, and any project details.
Payment is due at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing. For certain custom projects, installations, or service-based work, a deposit or staged payments may be required before work begins.
Accepted payment methods will be those made available at checkout or otherwise arranged directly with Restoration Ag Solutions.
Applicable sales tax will be added where required by law.

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please notify us as soon as possible after delivery so we can review the issue and determine next steps.
