Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Restoration Ag Solutions.

Standard Products

Returns may be requested for eligible standard products within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or there is an error with the order:

  • Custom or special-order products
  • Installed or labor-completed projects
  • Used, assembled, or partially installed items
  • Items returned without prior approval

Return Approval Required

Before sending anything back, please contact Restoration Ag Solutions for return authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping charges, expedited handling charges, and any non-refundable service fees are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly after delivery with your order information and photos if available. We will review the issue and work toward a reasonable resolution.

Cancellations

Orders canceled after processing, shipment, scheduling, or material allocation has begun may be subject to cancellation or restocking fees.

Service-Based Work

Due to the nature of labor, scheduling, travel, and completed project work, refunds are generally not available on completed services. If there is a concern with a service provided, please contact us so we can review the matter.
